How long have I been knitting and crocheting? I've been making beanies and hats for about 20 years. I've been selling them the last 6 years.

What service is used to ship orders? I use USPS First Class Mail for U.S. orders. I uses USPS International First Class for orders outside of the United States.

How long will it take to get my order? Once an order is received, it will go into production and will be shipped within 7-14 days.

Are returns accepted? I will accept returns if I am notified first and we agree upon the return. I will exchange an item if a wrong color has been shipped. Returns must be returned to me within 5 days of receiving original shipment. Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping costs.

Do I knit or crochet everyday? Yes I do.
